n 2019 three sets of parents came together to create Sunridge Ranch III , the third home in the Sunridge Ranch community.

Sunridge Ranch III is a Limited Liability Company (LLC) owned and operated by the families of men with Autism and other developmental disabilities.

Our homes were created to provide our sons with the most independent lifestyle that they could achieve considering their disabilities. Each one of our sons have a beautiful bedroom suite within the ranch styled home that has many amenities, including an indoor Pickleball court and fitness room.

We also have an auxiliary building that includes apartment style living for the Independent Provider Houseparent's that help care for our sons 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Our house parents are trained and certified by the state of Washington.

We are a very unique community that was the brainchild of Joe and Sandy Spezialy whose son Dalton is a resident of Sunridge Ranch I.

Joe and Sandy deserve our deepest gratitude for their commitment and fortitude in making the dream come true for the residents of Sunridge Ranch. We are all deeply grateful to them. During the creation of Sunridge Ranch, they discovered the need for continued education and a productive lifestyle for our sons. They developed what is called The Trellis Center which our young men attend 5 days a week for enrichment activities like gardening and candle making that they sell to the surrounding community and online.

Our sons have life with purpose, safety, activity, socialization and so much more.
